Gain a comprehensive overview of bicycle mechanics in this 8 week Build-A-Bike course. This class will cover it all, including headsets, bottom brackets, hubs, wheel truing, brakes, shifters and derailleurs as well as finishing work and trouble shooting.

Participants are to supply their own project bike, replacement parts and/or accessories. West Town Bikes will provide basic supplies such as cables, housing, bearings, grease and other shop supplies. Contact the instructor for advice on best type bike for the Build-A-Bike class. WTB will offer storage space for project bike, parts and supplies for Build-A-Bike participants only. Participants must take project bike and all other belongings from WTB at the end of the course.
