West Town Bikes has opened a community bike shop on Paseo Boricua. The new shop will support Humboldt Park and West Town neighborhoods focusing on affordable and reliable transportation. All sales from the shop will support West Town Bikes' larger mission of providing bicycle education for Chicago youth. The shop will offer service to both English and Spanish speakers and further develop WTB’s youth programming by offering several entry-level jobs and internships for graduates of bicycle youth programs. West Town Bikes will continue to offer a variety of mechanic classes and events for adults and children in the new location.
