Convert your old backpack or other bag into a pannier, a bag you can hang on your bike rack!
WTB friend and volunteer Taylor McClerin will lead participants through step by step instructions to upcycle an old bag into a pannier that can be attached to a bike rack. Participants can supply their own bag or we have a few on hand you can select from for an additional donation. WTB will supply all necessary hardware and accessories.
